* The most important and difficult task for any home cooks is the task to decide what should be packed for lunch box every single day. It easy to send junk food and see a clean lunch box after school. Where as its not difficult either, to send a lunch box filled with nutritional benefit and get the same results with practice of cooking something healthy every day.All you need is a pre planning & getting certain things done prior, so its less nerve racking.

Here is yet another recipe which is mess free and easy to pack, whether it is for school or office. Can also be carried if you are traveling and need something filling.

Tip to pack for traveling :- In this case Skip Onion completely ,which will help to keep the paratha fresh longer.

The title says "Nutritious "as Methi /fenugreek in itself is filled with benefits already ,and mixed in with few other ingredients like CHIA seeds which is full of OMEGA 3 and Sesame seeds which has multiple benefits one such is boost bone health ,can enhance the total texture and benefits of any meal.

All these recipes are not fancy, but will definitely help keep you and your family lead a healthy life.

Ingredients :=

# Fenugreek Leaves Fresh Wash/ Drain and chop - 1 Bunch

# Salt 1 Tsp

# Turmeric Powder 1/2 Tsp

# Red Chilli Powder 1/2 Tsp

OR

# Green Chili paste As per taste

# Chia Seeds 1 Tbsp

# Dry Roasted Sesame Seeds 1 Tbsp

# Wheat Flour 2 Cups ( 1 Cup if you are making for 1 or 2 person)

# Onion 1 Small thinly Chopped or grated

# Chat Masala 1/2 Tsp (Optional)

# Ginger -Garlic Paste 1 Tsp

#Cumin Seeds 1/2 Tsp

#Carom Seeds 1/2 Tsp

# Water 1/2 Cup or less .

#oil 1 Tbsp

Method :-

1) In a Bowl add Chopped Fenugreek Leaves / Methi ,washed , drained and chopped .

(Or you can even add left over methi sabzi , in this case add the rest of ingredient masala appropriately )

Then Add -

1 Small or 1/2 Very Thinly chopped or Grated Onion .

1/2 Tsp of Chat masala

Dry Roasted Sesame seeds -1 Tbsp

Chia Seeds -1 Tbsp

1 Tsp Of Ginger -Garlic paste.

Cumin Seeds -1/2 Tsp

1/2 Tsp of Carom seeds

Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp

Red chIlli powder -1/2 Tsp Or green Chilli Paste - as per taste

1 Tsp of Salt

And mix them together in way to crush them all.

2) Now add Wheat Flour 1-2 Cups as needed. And add Water little by little and make a tight dough, similar to the regular roti dough. You can add little more flour if the dough is too sticky .

And finally later little oil and knead one more time.

( Oil at the final stage will ensure the dough and paratha to be soft )

You can set aside 1/2 - 1 Hr , before you start rolling your paratha.

Or you can even store them in airtight container or Zip Lock Bag and place them in your refrigerator & make sure you use it within 3 days.

3) Heat a FLAT pan and start rolling the paratha and place it on the pan.

Spread Butter/ Oil / Ghee Or without any greeze and cook both sides properly.

Serve hot & Enjoy your paratha with any pickle, Curry or jelly/nutella.
